Le projet porte sur la rénovation lourde de quatre bâtiments de bureaux en projet mixte, avec réaménagement des espaces extérieurs à l'intersection de la rue des Chartreux et de la rue du Boulet. Au rez-de-chaussée et au premier étage, les bureaux sont rénovés et conservés, tandis que les étages supérieurs sont transformés en appartements de une à trois chambres, chacun disposant d'un espace extérieur attenant au séjour. Le projet crée aussi un passage cocher donnant accès à l'ensemble du site.
