Le projet comprend la démolition d'une ancienne halle industrielle au n° 225 et la construction d'un complexe de logements étudiants comptant 36 chambres, 18 studios dont un pour le concierge, et 295 m² d'espaces communs, avec un rez-de-chaussée partiellement ouvert au quartier. La maison d'angle du n° 223 est conservée, rénovée et réaménagée sans modification de son volume, avec un nouveau logement de trois niveaux.
