Modifier le permis d’urbanisme (réf. 19/GOU PU/175 54 77) portant sur la reconversion de l’ancien site Sonart en école fondamentale avec internat : apporter des modifications au bâtiment de l’internat concernant la structure en béton, l’étage technique, les fenêtres, et corriger la hauteur de niveau du faîte de la toiture.

Régularisation d'une lucarne et installation de pompes à chaleur dans un internat
La demande modifie un projet déjà autorisé d'internat avec école primaire : le chauffage central au gaz naturel est remplacé par un système collectif et centralisé de pompes à chaleur air/eau en cascade, d'une puissance thermique d'environ 435 kW, installé dans la technique sous toiture. Elle vise aussi la régularisation d'une dakkapel et l'agrandissement de cette technique sous toiture avec l'ajout de lucarnes. Des mesures acoustiques sont prévues : socles antivibratoires, caissons autour des appareils, silencieux et grilles à faible bruit propre.
